We encourage all Customers to use our Mobile app to pay for our Fresh Cow Milk and other Products. We provide all methods of online payment to enable ease of use for Customer. We follow strict standards to maintain Wallet transaction records.
Requesting Refund for Milk Spoilage
If the Milk has curdled or spoilt, please inform us before 9 a.m. on the same day. In case there has been a delivery delay, please inform us before 10 a.m. We will then investigate further and advise you on this matter. A refund is only possible when there is an issue on our end. Therefore, we advise you to boil the fresh milk, within 30 minutes from the time of delivery
Requesting Refund for Orders on Non-Milk Products
You can avail for a refund when the Product you receive is spoilt or the packing is damaged. In case of package damage, you will have to return to your Dealer who will return them to Uzhavarbumi. To process a refund we require an image of the Product with the package. Once our team verifies your issue, we will issue a refund of that Order to your Uzhavarbumi Wallet directly. Please Note : we do not give cash refunds, refunds are credited only to your Uzhavarbumi Wallet.
Refund when service is unused
We do not have the option to refund your wallet money to your personal bank account. You can either purchase other products or transfer your wallet balance to your friends or family.
Requesting wallet balance for Account closure
In case you wish to exit our service and would like a refund of your pending advance amount, please raise a feedback request through the app. Our team will review your past transactions for clarity, and the Finance Team will initiate the refund to the UPI ID or bank account of your choice within 5 to 7 business days.
Please Note :
1) A 2.5% banking charge will be deducted from your wallet balance at the time of processing the refund.
2) Referral credits, wallet offers, and bonus amounts are non-refundable. If any such credits were added along with your latest recharge, the equivalent value will be adjusted and deducted from the refund amount.
3) Only the amount directly recharged by you is eligible for a refund.
4) We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
